Project Planning and Scheduling

As part of the initial strategic discussions, schedule scenarios will be presented. Pending the final decision of the real estate plan, Dahlia will manage the project schedule to the approved and final schedule baseline.​

Document/Contract Negotiations

Subject to the direction and approval of the client, Dahlia shall participate in the procurement and negotiation of all contracts and agreements with architects, engineers, general contractors, technology integrators, and any other consultants to the project that may provide services, materials and/or labor. Following execution of such contracts Dahlia will act as sole representative during the project to administer such contracts throughout the life of the project.

Design Development and Advisory Services

Dahlia will manage the entirety of the design process, including additional work streams relating to final built environment.
Permitting

Dahlia will assist our clients to navigate the permitting process through obtaining, filing, and follow through with the necessary paperwork required to fulfill all construction needs.

Construction Oversight

The construction process includes not only the buildout of the space itself, but also the integration of all the elements within it such as technology, furniture, equipment. Dahlia will integrate all elements into its purview. Each element will be reported upon via a executive summary document provided weekly which includes minutes, current tracking logs, photos.​

Facility Start Up/Commissioning

Dahlia will assist client with transitional phase between facility completion and commercial operations including systems turnover, checkout systems, commissioning systems and performance testing.​

Financial Close Out

Partner with the client and members of the project team to ensure all punch list items are complete and close out documents (operating manuals, warranty info) have been received. Work with the Landlord and ensure the reimbursement process is complete and any outstanding issues relating to leases are unresolved.​
